Credit card payment
Payment can be made via credit or debit card, via the PayPal secure server.  You will receive immediate confirmation of your booking. A VAT receipt will be issued by the system.

Substitution

If after booking you find you cannot attend, do send a colleague.

Cancellation

If you cancel within three weeks of the seminar, a full refund will be made. Following that date, we regret that a refund cannot be made.

Guarantee
A full refund is available, if you attend, at any time up to one week after the event. No questions asked

The small print
We reserve the right to change the venue or course date at any time. Should we have to cancel a course, a full refund will be made. Our liability will be limited to a full refund of any fee paid. In the event of cancellation or change of venue, delegates will be notified as soon as practicable, via email.
